Walsall Works is an award-winning initiative funded by Walsall Council designed to support local people into jobs, apprenticeships and training. Our core aim is create economic growth by raising the ambition and aspirations of our residents by providing services which improve levels of employability.

Job Clubs
We run weekly Job Clubs in Libraries and community venues across Walsall. At Job Club, an Employment Advisor will provide one to one support and can assist you with job searches, applying for vacancies, CV writing and general guidance on available local opportunities.
Events
We host regular Jobs and Skills events including the largest recruitment event in Walsall, the Walsall Works Expo. Our Expo features over 80 employers and training providers from a range of industries and offer an excellent chance to find out about available opportunities and the skills that employers are looking for. Our smaller events focus on specific sectors, and the Digital Sector Event will take place on Wednesday 13th November in Conference Room 2, Walsall Council House. Weekly Bulletins
Clients who register with our service will receive a weekly Jobs bulletin which showcases job vacancies and opportunities taking place that week.
