Healthwatch Walsall have been commissioned by Walsall NHS Healthcare Trust and its partners to support them in delivering a programme of change in health and social care by making sure providers know what the views are of people in Walsall about using health and social care services. The programme is called Walsall Together.

We would like to find out your views about how people are supported and how people look after themselves living with diabetes and associated health conditions.

We are holding a virtual workshop at 11am on the 9th July using ZOOM and would welcome people who have diabetes to participate.

Its a great opportunity for people to help shape health and social care services for the future and your views really matter. We shall guide you through using ZOOM. It is simple to download and we will guide through it.

We shall be discussing how people manage their condition and how people are supported in the community to manage diabetes and some of the challenges people face.
