Walsall Council is seeking to fund community and voluntary sector groups to contribute to delivering the Making Connections Walsall Social Prescribing Programme. We are interested in funding a range of local activities which directly address the loneliness and or social isolation of Walsall’s diverse older population.

A maximum of up to £5000 funding is available subject to proposed outcomes and value for money. Measures of value include the number of older people supported, local need, current provision, gaps in provision and measureable outcomes.

Deadline for submitting grant application – Wednesday 30 May 2018 12 Noon
Contract Start – 1 August 2018
Contract End – 30 September 2019
