The go ahead has been given for plans to build much needed new homes on a large area of land to the rear of existing properties in Rudge Close, Short Heath, Willenhall.
The site is backed onto by the rear gardens of existing houses to the west and south. To the north lies a two storey apartment block. The eastern boundary is a strip of green public space backed by rear gardens. A new access road is planned which will be accessed off Stroud Avenue.
Permission with a number of conditions originally granted around three years ago expired in early September last year. New plans were submitted later that month.
