• The Public Sector, in the form of the council, closed Meadow House as “Unfit for Purpose”. What makes the Private Sector think that changing the access and adding a gym would change all that?
• What is the track record of the applicants in running units of this nature?
• A full breakdown of the proposed uses being applied for is needed.
• The site was marketed for the purpose of providing much needed housing. Isn’t this a departure from the Council’s Planning Brief for the site?

There is a distinct lack of information in the planning application which has been lodged with Walsall Council which has lead to a great deal of speculation. What is needed is some clarification by the applicants of the questions being asked by those living near to the proposed development. They have a right to know.
